The products offered by Gulit Academy are digital tools and educational courses, which are delivered electronically via email or download link immediately or shortly after payment confirmation. Unlike physical goods, digital products can be copied and stored, and once access is granted or a license key is issued, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Therefore, by completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-tangible, irrevocable digital asset.
You may cancel your order at any time PRIOR to the issuance of the digital access key or the delivery of the tool/course files. If you have made a payment but have not yet received the digital product, you can request a cancellation by contacting us at help@gulitacademy.com with your order details.
Once the digital asset has been sent to your provided email address, the order is considered "Fulfilled" and cannot be cancelled. We encourage users to verify their needs and system compatibility before finalizing the purchase.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Kuddush Ali Halsana. We reserve the right to approve or reject any request based on the evidence provided and the adherence to this policy. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
Once a refund is approved, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and the Razorpay processing cycle. We have no control over the timeline of third-party financial institutions.
We monitor refund requests for signs of abuse. If we determine that a user is systematically purchasing products and requesting refunds to gain free access to software tools, we reserve the right to block that user from future purchases and revoke any existing licenses without a refund.
